At RT Fashion and Fragrances, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining strict quality control for our original branded perfumes and fashion items in Pakistan.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items must be in resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and authenticity standards in the fragrance industry, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances. Similarly, used fashion items or products damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.
3. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued if the product meets all return criteria. Refunds are processed through bank transfer only and typically require 5 to 10 working days to complete.
4. Exchange Policy
In certain situations, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the request. This ensures that customers receive the correct product without unnecessary delays.

We understand the importance of delivering premium fragrances in perfect condition. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, customers must follow the procedure below.
1. Proof Requirement
Customers are required to record a clear video while opening the parcel. The video must clearly demonstrate that the damage occurred during delivery and was not caused after receiving the product.
2. Claim Conditions
Claims submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted. Additionally, any damage caused intentionally or due to mishandling by the customer will result in claim rejection.
3. Resolution Process
If the claim is verified and approved, we will provide a full replacement at no additional cost. The replacement process will begin immediately after approval to ensure customer satisfaction.
